Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, defining core algorithms and system architectures that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Full-Stack AI Implementation: Design and deploy sophisticated machine learning models integrated directly into web applications using Python, TensorFlow, and WebGL.
- System Optimization: Ensure high availability, scalability, and low latency for our AI-driven platforms, optimizing performance for global users.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our product suite before the market adopts them.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric, intuitive interfaces.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed machine learning models.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern web frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term tech trends and apply them to solve business problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
