Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Optimize existing neural networks for production environments, focusing on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product workflows.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines using cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products.
