Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure high performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI development.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (5+ years of experience required).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Clear communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
