We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our Year 2026 technology roadmap. At Nebula Systems, we are building the infrastructure that will define the future of human-machine interaction. You will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance AI systems that power our next-generation products.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and ready for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Architect complex, scalable machine learning systems and distributed computing environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, reduce latency, and improve inference accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) for potential integration.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
