Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale generative AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data pipeline architecture to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation within the engineering team.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Transformer architectures, Edge AI) to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
