Responsibilities
- Architect scalable neural networks capable of processing petabytes of multimodal data in real-time.
- Lead the research, development, and deployment of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Define the architectural roadmap for our proprietary AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation pipelines to ensure model safety, bias mitigation, and ethical compliance.
- Mentor a team of world-class data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leads to integrate complex AI models into consumer-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research, with a focus on recent architectural trends.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning paradigms.
