Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling exabyte-scale data ingestion and processing.
- Lead the architectural roadmap for the '2026' autonomous system initiative, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time decision-making in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract AI concepts into production-ready code and APIs.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to stay ahead of the curve in AI evolution and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience building large-scale distributed systems and AI applications.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
