Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement core AI infrastructure and algorithms aligned with the strategic vision for the year 2026.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the development and deployment of advanced Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- System Optimization: Ensure the high availability, scalability, and efficiency of AI workloads across distributed cloud environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage within all projects.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business goals into technical blueprints.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define long-term technical strategies and deliver them within strict timelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
