Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines optimized for the 2026 infrastructure requirements.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex software ecosystems.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and ethical AI compliance standards are met.
- Prioritize research into novel algorithms that outperform current industry benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record in designing LLMs and generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and MLOps.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
