Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of high-performance AI systems designed for the 2026 era of computing.
- Define the technical vision and strategic roadmap for our next-gen neural networks and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and efficiency in distributed environments.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to prepare our infrastructure for 2026 trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or edge AI deployment is a major plus.
