Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multi-Agent Systems in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through innovative engineering.
- Define best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
