Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable neural architectures optimized for the hardware of tomorrow.
- Lead Research Translation: Translate cutting-edge academic research into robust, production-level software code.
- Optimize Performance: Drive improvements in inference speed, model accuracy, and energy efficiency for large-scale models.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Rust or C++ for high-performance computing.
- Specialization: Deep understanding of Transformers, NLP, and computer vision algorithms.
