Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into autonomous agent frameworks, focusing on reasoning and context retention.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency within the 2026 ecosystem.
- System Optimization: Reduce inference latency and optimize model resource consumption for edge deployment in high-frequency trading and autonomous logistics.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, or Cognitive Science.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning, and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
