Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the design and training of proprietary LLMs using transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Architect Scalability: Build robust MLOps pipelines to ensure models can handle massive inference loads with low latency.
- AI Governance: Implement frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with emerging 2026 regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical AI roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning engineering and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in NLP and generative AI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
