Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex, distributed AI systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, integrating cutting-edge advancements in quantum computing and neural interfaces.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of world-class machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference latency and resource efficiency to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and safe.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and next-gen optimization techniques.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
