- System Integration: Integrate diverse data sources and modalities (text, vision, audio) into unified AI pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical strategy and architecture for our upcoming 2026 product releases.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure AI systems adhere to emerging global regulations.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep Learning Expertise: Proven experience building and deploying complex deep learning models, particularly in NLP and generative AI.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Programming Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust.
- MLOps Experience: Demonstrated experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
