Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative networks.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and researchers in pushing the boundaries of model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training pipelines, and MLOps.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends to ensure our technology remains at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, Diffusion Models).
- Proven experience in designing scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
