Responsibilities
- Design and architect robust, scalable AI/ML pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to meet real-time production standards.
- Define the technical vision and strategy for our AI roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
