Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for the 2026 data era.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to implement generative AI models.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy for real-time decision-making systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce best practices in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping large-scale AI products to market.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
