Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning AI infrastructure with long-term business goals.
- Design and implement scalable distributed systems using microservices and serverless architectures.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI/ML technologies (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI) into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across all global deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Architecture: Proven track record in designing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems.
- Leadership: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
