Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Model Development: Oversee the development and optimization of proprietary machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the project, evaluating emerging technologies and tools to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical deep-dives, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex engineering challenges.
