Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for AI integration, staying ahead of emerging trends in generative AI and quantum computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to integrate advanced ML models into production environments.
- System Optimization: Drive the optimization of data pipelines and model inference, significantly reducing latency and improving throughput.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring robustness across all distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable architectural solutions.
