Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-performance neural network architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge methodologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer variants.
- Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to ensure real-time inference and minimal latency in deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- Paper Publication: Author and present technical papers at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) to establish our industry leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Algorithmic Expertise: Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
