Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers, setting technical vision and best practices for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Innovation: Conduct research into emerging algorithms, including Quantum AI and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- System Optimization: Optimize existing neural models for speed and accuracy, reducing latency in distributed environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Ensure code quality through rigorous peer reviews and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
