We are building the foundational AI infrastructure for a future where human-machine collaboration is seamless, intelligent, and transformative. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our engineering efforts and shape the core of our generative systems.
In this role, you will not just write code; you will define the architectural paradigm for next-generation artificial intelligence. You will work with a world-class team of researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what is possible in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI models for Project 2026, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI principles.
- Design and optimize deep learning pipelines, ensuring high performance and low latency for inference at scale.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, product managers, and security experts to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system resilience and adherence to best practices.
- Stay at the bleeding edge of AI research, evaluating and integrating new methodologies such as Transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven expertise in building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strong understanding of systems design, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
