Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance Generative AI models tailored for enterprise deployment.
- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing neural network infrastructure for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge methodologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to design distributed systems capable of handling massive data volumes.
