Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and future-proofing our tech stack.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in the development of advanced machine learning models.
- Design scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes to support high-volume, real-time data processing.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and security compliance within the project.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct rigorous technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and large-scale data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG architectures.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
