Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for 2026 technological standards.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, including multi-modal models and autonomous agents.
- System Optimization: Engineer solutions to minimize latency and maximize throughput in large-scale distributed computing environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous safety guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- System Design: Proven track record designing large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
