As a Senior AI Architect, you will define the core neural frameworks that will power our next-generation applications. You will work in a high-performance environment, collaborating with quantum computing experts and data scientists to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures that support the long-term roadmap of Project 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and edge computing integration.
- Code Governance: Establish coding standards and architectural guidelines to ensure maintainability and scalability across distributed teams.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, throughput, and resource utilization to meet enterprise-grade SLAs.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithmic Knowledge: Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical modeling.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical proposals effectively.
