Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust AI architectures for generative models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, focusing on resource efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct research into emerging AI methodologies and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
