In this role, you will not just implement existing technologies; you will architect novel solutions for complex, unsolved problems. You will work closely with our CTO and a world-class team of researchers to push the boundaries of what's possible in Machine Learning and Neural Networks.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, security, and continuous learning.
- Define ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems handling petabytes of data.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
