Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap and architectural strategy to ensure the company's readiness for the technological shifts anticipated in 2026.
- System Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on high-performance computing and distributed systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of AI engineers, researchers, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Autonomous Agents) into core products.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architectural role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes is mandatory.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
