As we look toward the technological horizon of 2026, we are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, ethical, and high-performance machine learning infrastructure.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production engineering, ensuring our systems are robust enough to handle the complexities of the future digital landscape. You will work closely with a world-class team of researchers, engineers, and product leaders to define the technical roadmap for our flagship AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy robust neural network architectures, including Transformers, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning agents, optimized for the scale required in 2026.
- Lead Research Translation: Translate cutting-edge academic research into production-ready code, focusing on model efficiency, memory optimization, and low-latency inference.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end training pipeline, utilizing distributed computing frameworks to reduce training time and resource costs.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles to ensure AI outputs are unbiased and safe for public deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements that align with long-term business goals and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of deep learning theory, NLP, and computer vision.
- Scalability: Proven track record of designing systems that scale from prototype to millions of users.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithmic performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
