Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with model fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of LLM evaluation metrics and security best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact technical projects in fast-paced environments.
