Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architecture for AI systems targeted for deployment in 2026.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance across global infrastructure.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and AGI, to integrate them into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
