Job Description
The Year 2026 is Coming. Are you ready to build the technology that will define it?
Nexus Horizon AI is pioneering the next generation of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). We are looking for a Senior AI Architect to lead our research division and design the neural architectures that will power autonomous systems, advanced predictive modeling, and next-level human-computer interaction.
In this role, you won't just optimize existing models; you will architect the fundamental frameworks for the future of technology. If you are a visionary engineer passionate about the intersection of deep learning, quantum-inspired algorithms, and scalable infrastructure, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures capable of processing complex, multi-modal data streams for 2026-era applications.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Reasoning Models (LRMs) and self-improving algorithms.
- Optimize Performance: Push the boundaries of inference speed and energy efficiency to deploy AI solutions in real-time, edge environments.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with quantum computing researchers and data scientists to integrate hybrid computing models into our core platform.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier machine learning engineers and PhD researchers in best practices for model training and deployment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and distributed computing systems.
- Foundational Knowledge: Strong grasp of linear algebra, calculus, and statistical analysis.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Python and proficiency in at least one high-level compiled language (e.g., C++ or Rust) for performance-critical components.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems with innovative technical solutions.
