Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Model Optimization: Push the boundaries of performance optimization for LLMs, focusing on inference speed and memory efficiency.
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of cutting-edge algorithms, including reinforcement learning and neural architecture search.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex technical requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning frameworks.
