Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term architectural vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 roadmap and market leadership goals.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents) to drive product differentiation.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust, production-grade solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Innovation: A track record of research contributions or patents in the AI/ML space.
