In this role, you will define the architectural blueprints for our upcoming suite of Generative AI and Neural Interface products. You will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical software engineering to solve complex problems that don't even exist yet.

Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Development: Architect and implement scalable, next-generation AI models focusing on Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 standards.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of classical AI algorithms with emerging quantum computing frameworks to solve optimization problems in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for our product line, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX researchers to translate abstract concepts into tangible, user-centric software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on Neural Networks.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within the AI/ML sector.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of patenting or publishing novel algorithms in the field of machine learning or cognitive computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
