Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement high-performance computing architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into next-gen AI models, including multimodal learning and autonomous agents.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Optimize cloud-native infrastructure to handle billions of inference requests with sub-millisecond latency.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the company’s AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; MS preferred.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated interest or experience in quantum computing, blockchain integration, or advanced edge computing.
