Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure and microservices architecture for enterprise-level applications.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum computing interfaces) to integrate into our roadmap.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency across cloud environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- R&D: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for novel AI applications to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
