Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in research, development, and deployment.
- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to stay ahead of industry competitors.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and creativity.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
