Responsibilities

- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically targeting 2026 technology standards and emerging paradigms.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance models with a focus on latency reduction, energy efficiency, and edge computing capabilities.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement rigorous safety guidelines and fairness protocols to prevent bias in automated decision-making systems.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly solutions.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Proven experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Neural Architecture Search, or Quantum Machine Learning.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
