Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient AI infrastructure tailored for high-volume 2026 workloads.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural architectures.
- MLOps Strategy: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade models.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex algorithmic challenges and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
