Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Architect Scalable Infrastructures: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data with low latency.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise applications.
- R&D Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate them into our pipeline.
- Talent Development: Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for AI safety and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a specialization in Machine Learning.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a senior architect or lead engineering role.
- Core Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; experience with Kubernetes and Cloud Native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record in training, fine-tuning, and deploying production-ready LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama).
