Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define long-term technical roadmaps for AI deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation.
- Optimize existing models for latency and throughput in high-traffic production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying and serving models in production environments with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
