Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge generative models and NLP technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our stack ahead of industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
