- Optimization: Enhance model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications in high-stakes environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of AI engineers, establishing code quality standards and best practices for MLOps.
- Integration: Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to seamlessly integrate AI models into production workflows.
- Future Proofing: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive through 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
