Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure to support high-traffic production environments.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, exploring new architectures and model training techniques for the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI solutions that drive business value and user engagement.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and regulatory frameworks to ensure our solutions are both innovative and compliant.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
