Responsibilities

- Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to integrate hybrid algorithms into standard workflows.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and safety standards to ensure responsible deployment.
- Drive technical strategy in high-stakes environments, making critical decisions on tech stacks and infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into practical, production-ready applications.
